Our name is an integral part of our values, our foundation and how we show up. We believe that all individuals are at their best when they are being their authentic self.  That is why we offer a tailor-made experience for individuals and businesses who require support and solutions within HR consultancy, training services, coaching and mentoring.  We work with sole traders through to large organisations, and our aim and service experience remains consistent.

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaching and mentoring services are available to all business owners, employees and leaders.

Empowering individuals to reach their goals and enhancing their performance.  As part of this service, we also entwine our motivational mapping service to ensure we are identifying key drivers to our approach and increasing awareness within the individual.

HR Consultancy

Whether we are supporting you on a retainer basis or as part of a more flexible approach we continually collaborate with you to achieve your goals.

We work with all businesses no matter the size to ensure they have the best tools and processes for their employees.

Motivational Maps

Working with individuals and businesses to understand motivational drivers and apply these to strategy, and goals (personal and business) and analyse the data as a team, making the invisible metric of motivation visible.

An individual, team or organisation can be highly skilled but if they aren’t aware of what motivates them and how much they are currently motivated the performance, productivity and engagement of that individual or team will be impacted and therefore the business will be as well.

Training Services

Training for you, your employees or managers. Whether this is leadership training or employee relations, investigatory or wellbeing sessions we have both package and bespoke options available.

Training can be 121, small groups or a more formal approach for larger sessions. Sessions can be provided in person or virtually.

The Local Community

Is important to us at Be You Consultancy, and Julie completes the following roles:

• Board Trustee of Peterborough Rape Crisis, and has done so for over 5 years;
• Emergency Foster French Bulldog home, working with Phoenix French Bulldogs, providing an emergency home for those Frenchies who are in need of somewhere safe whilst their forever home is being secured.

We also work with Werrington Honey who provides our lovely merchandise – if you see us at an event make sure you taste some of their product!  It’s wonderful!
